CVC   are   a   local   company   providing   a   professional   carpet   and   upholstery   cleaning service   in   Leicester,   Birstal,   Alyestone,   Desford,   Mountsorrel   and   Markfield.      We not   only   clean   for   residential   houses   but   give   a   good   value   carpet   cleaning   service to    commercial    customers    and    landlords.        Our    workers    are    insured    and    CRB checked   to   give   you   peace   of   mind.   We   endeavour   to   give   an   outstanding   service with   total   customer   satisfaction   on   an   agreed   fixed   price.      -   no   hidden   extras!     Unlike    some    companies,    we    initially    prepare    the    carpet    and    upholstery    by spraying   it   with   a   detergent   to   help   loosen   the   stains   and   dirt,   before   brushing   the carpet   or   sofas   to      agitate   the   dirt   and   marks.      We   then   use   our   industrial   high powered   warm   water   extraction   machine   to   wash   the   fabric   leaving   it   fresh   and clean. Our   prices   are   based   on   normal   sized   rooms   for   a   standard   carpet   clean.      We have   a   minimum   £30   charge.       Stains   and   marks   that   are   not   water   soluble   would incur   an   extra   charge   if   we   need   to   use   our   specialist   stain   removal   chemicals.     (Please   let   us   know   if   Vanish   or   other   chemicals   have   been   tried   on   the   stain   as these can impede our cleaning process). We   typically   remove   drink   stains   such   as   red   wine,   tea   and   coffee.   Bodily   fluids   are cleaned   using   our   special   stain   removers,   but   urine   and   vomit   can   “bleach”   the carpets   colour.   Feel   free   to   contact   CVC,   your   local   carpet   and      upholstery   cleaning specialists    for    advice    or    assistance.        We    can    not    guarantee    stain    removal,    it depends on the type of stain and other factors. We   removed   the   need   for   harmful   chemicals   for   our   standard   cleaning.      Our detergents   are   child   friendly   and   pet   safe.   Our   system   does   not   require   fibre damaging   high   temperatures   allowing   carpets   and   upholstery   to   last   longer.      Our stain   removal   chemicals   are   fully   removed   in   the   cleaning   process   leaving   no residues. CVC clean all sort of mess from carpets and upholstery.  Although we can’t guarantee stains will be removed, our standard cleaning removes dirt and many stains.   We under take biological stains and dirt, such as blood and faeces, for which we are very successful.  The sooner we are called in the better (though people don’t usually leave those types of mess long before calling us!).  One thing we recommend is that vanish and 2001 are not used to try and remove the stains, as this can make it very difficult to remove any marks that are left after such treatments.  We have specific stain removal chemicals for staining such as tea, wine, food and certain markers.  We have a small additional charge when we have to resort to our specialist stain removal chemicals, thought we don’t don’t usually charge if we do not successfully remove the stain.  Heavy traffic areas such as stairs and the hallway usually require a deep clean, and with our 4 step process, we ensure that we remove the dirt from deep in the fibres, and leave the carpet clean and smelling fresh.

Quality and professional service:  Spraying We spray the carpets with a detergent that is pet and child safe to start loosening stains and dirt.  If the areas are particularly soiled, we will use a heavy traffic treatment or stain treatment. Brushing  When the spray has taken effect, we then agitate the carpet by brushing it to loosen the remaining stubborn dirt and stains.  This ensures a deep clean. Extraction We then use an industrial strength high pressure washer and high vacuum extraction machine to wash out the the dirt and because we only use water to rinse and wash the carpet, they will be free of any chemical residues, unlike those where shampoo is put in to the washing to wash the carpet. The high extraction ensures the finished results are only slightly damp when we have finished, and typically dry in an hour or two under normal conditions.  The carpets can be walked on as soon as we have finished. Stain Protection CVC offer a stain protection service.  The stain protection solution forms an invisible protective layer on the fibres which helps protect from stains and can extend the life of your carpet.  The stain guard doesn’t not affect the feel or texture
